HOW IT WORKS 1. The patented flow-limiting, ribbed design slows and spreads water as it nears the gutter. 2. Rainwater is directed around the nose and into the gutter by simple law of surface tension, the same principle that causes water to cling to the outside of a glass as it spills. 3. The patented nose-forward design eliminates all vertical openings, forcing leaves and other debris over the edge and to the ground. This profile is proven to handle over 22" of rain per hour- nearly twice the amount ever recorded. (Most gutters will fill up and overflow at 4 to 5 inches per hour). 4. Rainwater enters the gutter through the factory pre-set 3/8" horizontal water gap, perfectly designed to channel the heaviest rainfall into the gutter, but engineered to keep birds, animals and debris out...permanently. The continuous water gap means there are no slots or screens to clog or clean. 5. The patented Smart Clip attachment bracket ensures the critical nose-forward installation and maintains a consistent opening that keeps birds, rodents and debris out.
