Both Jim and Barb work the business along with their son Ray, daughter Rhonda, son-in-law Craig, and grandson Jesse. This business is third generation, and proud to grow more for that reason. Lawrence deals more with "contractors", but also works the office to greet customers. He works with the builders who have the floor plans for a new home or building and then measures the windows, doors ect. He then gives the contractor the quotes on the job they need. So he is working wholesale and retail. with clients
